When Hard Soil Stops the Programme — and the Clock Is Running
At our data centre project site in Iskandar Puteri, the client ran into ground conditions their excavator’s standard bucket couldn’t break through efficiently — hard, compacted soil that was slowing down the earthwork programme. The request came in urgently, on a Saturday.
