How the Deployment Ran
Project Overview
Sedenak Tech Park in Kulai is the largest data centre cluster in Southeast Asia, with new plots breaking ground continuously. Green City Machinery supplies operated plant on data centre works inside the park, including a scope for Huashi (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on Project Falcon, a hyperscale data centre development within the park.
For that scope we supplied four operated units: two backhoe loaders and two excavators, working on site preparation, earthwork and general construction support alongside the main contractor’s programme.
The photographs on this page show how a tech park deployment actually runs. A machine mobilises, works its part of the programme, and comes off site when that part is finished. In July our client asked for a second backhoe loader to speed the job up, and it was working the same week. A few days later a short tail excavator demobilised because its part was complete. Machines have kept coming and going from the park since.

Four operated units for Huashi on Project Falcon, with our own operators.

Service trenches, confined areas, backfilling and the finishing work around structures. A second unit was added mid-programme at the client’s request.
2 × Excavator
General earthwork, cut-and-fill, trenching and site preparation across the plot, working to the main contractor’s daily sequence.

The Challenge
Sedenak Tech Park has several data centre plots under construction at the same time, each with its own programme and access control. A machine has to arrive when a package is ready for it, work to that package’s sequence, and clear the site when it is finished, without holding anyone else up.
The Result
Machines mobilised and demobilised on the client’s programme, with a second backhoe added on request inside the same week.
