Project Overview
Green City Machinery supplies plant to a hyperscale data centre development in Iskandar Puteri, working for the contractor holding the site works. The scope covers four machine types: backhoe loaders, cabin backhoes, excavators and tipper lorries.
The cabin backhoe is the part worth explaining. Most backhoes on Malaysian sites run with an open canopy, which is cheaper and perfectly adequate on an ordinary job. Large data centre sites often are not ordinary: dust control, long continuous shifts, and site safety rules that expect an enclosed, air-conditioned cab with proper glazing and a sealed operating position.
We hold both. If your site rules call for an enclosed cab, you get one without having to change supplier or wait for one to be sourced. If they do not, you are not paying for a cab you do not need. Both sit on the same backhoe rental account.

Hyperscale data centre sites run tighter plant rules than most Johor jobs: dust suppression, structured inductions, continuous shifts and safety requirements that reach down to the operating position on each machine. A machine that cannot meet the site rule does not get a warning, it gets turned away at the gate, and the programme waits.
